As Kathy navigated her own growth journey, she noticed that many women felt uncertain and overwhelmed, whether in their career direction or from the pressures that come with age and life transitions. Wanting to create something more meaningful than simply sharing her own perspective, she founded XGirls, a platform where diverse industry leaders share their stories and perspectives to help others discover their own path.
